I have known Jack for many years and despite sometimes finding him a bit hard to pin down a time I always go back to him.
He is an honest, caring and jovial person who is genuine about trying to do the right thing and get you the best result he can.
The staff at the store are very approachable and good communicators. The two workers on site we had recently were outstanding. Thank you James and Jack (the younger Jack).
We had a spa installed and a glass fence. We are very happy with both.

Very professional. Jack had great ideas for our pool area- very creative. The installation of the pool was just so easy with minimal disruption, shout out to George for his long hours. The deck area was built by Leisurescape tradesman Liam and Dwayne and I would highly recommend their work. The whole experience was so smooth and the results are stunning. Very highly recommend Leisurescape.
Excellent customer service
The Team from Leisurescape pools Geelong did an amazing job on our pool and back yard, the team were great to deal with and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or spa.
Thank you to Jack and Shannon for great customer service and follow up. 4 years after installation and they still remember us by name and greet us warmly we when have the pool water tested. Jack's recommendations for landscaping worked a treat and we now have our very own backyard resort!
We’re really thrilled with our new backyard and pool. Jack and the team were professional, had good ideas to maximise appearance, usability and space, and the workmanship has been excellent. Everyone on site was friendly. There was a focus on the big picture as well as all the details and finish, and we got a good handover of the pool equipment too.

Jack and the team go above and beyond. From the moment we called to get a quote the team were helpful listening to our needs and not trying to upsell everything on their book! They really care for their clients and therefore the process was seamless. Everything just fell into place and they moved heaven and earth to get our job completed in record time! I would highly recommend the team to anyone that is after excellent responsive customer service, quality work, start to finish project management by the owner of the company at a great price. Thank you agin to the whole team for what you have been able to do for our family. We appreciate it more than words. 😊
Jack, Sean and their team are absolutely fantastic. We are thrilled with the finished job. Our large retaining wall and spa area are wonderful and so professionally completed. Our job fast became much bigger than they expected but they just got stuck in and made sure it was finished with upmost quality and professionalism. We look forward to having them back to do our decking next year 😃
